I want to keep my fixed-line number. Do I need to cancel my contract with my old operator?

NO Certainly not! We take care of cancelling your fixed-line phone contract with your old operator for you. This service is free and allows you to keep your current fixed-line number.

Please note! If you are moving house, you can only keep your existing number if you stay within the same geographical zone. Each zone has a specific prefix.

What do I need to do to keep my fixed-line number?

Step 1:

Fill in the portability document that is sent to you when you take out a VOO Pack account or a VOO Tel option account. If necessary, you can download this portability document (in French) as a PDF.

Step 2:

Complete and return this document by post to one of the following addresses:

  • Customer Services VOO Rue Jean Jaurès, 46 4430 Ans
  • Customer Services VOO Rue d’Alsace-Lorraine, 24-28 1050 Brussels
  • Customer Services VOO Rue Turenne, 65 6000 Charleroi
Step 3:

As soon as we have received the document, we will move to close your account with your former operator whilst transferring your old phone number to VOO.
